Abstract
This internship report is based on my successful completion of a three-month internship
program at Rangs Motors Limited as a requirement for the fulfillment of bachelor’s
degree. It was a great opportunity for me to be able to work at Rangs Motors Limited
and gain adequate knowledge on their overall organization. This report is the result of
my internship and gives a comprehensive picture of my activities and learning during
the whole internship period. The First section of the report is the introduction part where
it mostly includes updated company profile, mission, vision, objectives, the departments
and the CSR activities done by the company. The following section describes my job
responsibilities and the functions of the department where I was assigned. I've focused
on my daily responsibilities and how much I was able to contribute to the company In
the next part I have elaborated my findings on the service gaps of Rangs Motors Limited.
Finally, in the last section of the report, I have drawn attention towards some
recommendations based on the findings.
