Abstract

In term of my intern I have acquired practical knowledge regarding the division of Human resource of OTOBI Limited. Here I get to know regarding the operation of the department of HR and their operational activities that helps me to do my job at the right time. Here I have learned not only insight culture of this company but also I have learned working culture of the organization as well. The report starts with an organization profile and its background, mission, vision, its products and services, the hierarchy and organogram of the organization. The next section is the project, Human Resource Management and its strategy, people and technology. The project encompasses introduction to the performance appraisal of the workforces and various policies they have used in their working place as well. Each chapter contains detailed discussion of the HR functions followed by Organization of HR Department.
