Abstract

Epyllion Group, a prominent name in the Bangladesh RMG sector, has established itself as one of the leading apparel companies, known for its green corporate practices. As an HR major, it was a rewarding experience to intern at their head office. The internship report has given me all the knowledge and insights that I gained during this period. Covering all the challenges faced, benefits received, and an in-depth analysis of the company’s management. In this report, there are places where significant focuses are on the HRM practices implemented at both factory and corporate levels. A key aspect of the research was investigating internal worker disputes, one of the main issues contributing to the declining success. And also, how the process for recruiting new positions in different departments, creating each employee’s personal file for future increments.
