Abstract
With 850 million cases chronic kidney disease (CKD) is one of the leading causes of death globally. Because they lack the resources to prevent detect and treat it low- and middle-income countries are more affected. Bangladesh needs a comprehensive approach because its rate of chronic kidney disease (CKD) is higher than the global average. This subject focuses on preventing and reversing kidney disease by examining the effects of lifestyle nutrition and medical conditions. Due to their modifiability diabetes high blood pressure obesity and smoking are emphasized. It also admits that the issue is made worse by socioeconomic inequality and arsenic contamination. The best place to start is with a change in lifestyle. This entails eliminating smoking managing stress increasing physical activity eating more plants and consuming less salt. The study also draws attention to current problems in Bangladesh including poor kidney care and expensive medical care. Community-based screening easily accessible healthcare digital health technologies and culturally sensitive public health initiatives are just a few of the important policy changes it suggests addressing this.
