Strategies and skills of writing news-reports in S.A Television

Abstract

This report reflects my learning while working as an intern at S.A. Television. The time period internship was three months and while working there it had become a wonderful experience for me. The paper describes how news in the form of raw data is transformed into a broadcast news report through the application of strategic editing and translation techniques, and how this has an impact on the audience. S.A Television has followed so many strategies to prepare news for broadcasting. In my report, I also discussed the various strategies which I follow while preparing my news reports.
