Abstract

This internship report is based on the 6 months of the total internship programmed that I completed at “ACI Logistics Limited (Shwapno)” under the HR Department (Recruitment & Selection Team) from 12 February 2024 to 12 August 2024 as a requirement for my Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the Brac Business School at Brac University. I was assigned to Human Resources department of “Shwapno” as an intern under direct supervision of Md. Sajjad Hossain, Manager, HR, ACI Logistics Ltd. (Shwapno). HR Department of “Shwapno” thrives for quality in executing HR functions for the entire organization with amazing efficiency. In this report I have briefly provided the overview of the organization. Then I have pointed the HR functions & practices of “Shwapno”. I have also mentioned the activities I had to do as an intern at “Shwapno” in detail. I have given SWOT analysis of the organization, provided some of my recommendations in the end, and then concluded this report, which I believe would help the employees currently working for the best outcome from the HR Department of ACI Logistics Limited (Shwapno). which includes overall remarks and experience of mine during my internship period. The last chapters consist reference and link used in the internship report.
