Problems and prospects of real estate business in Bangladesh

Abstract

This report is prepared as a requirement of MBA program of the BRAC Business School. This report focuses on problems and prospects of real estate business in Bangladesh. The total report is divided in to three broad head. The introduction part includes background, objectives, and methodology of the study. This part also includes the limitation & scope of the study. In second part, which is main part of the report, I have discussed about the overall situation of real estate business and also about Concord Group. In the third & forth part, I have tried to analysis the report and make recommendation. I also draw a conclusion on the above analysis.
