Abstract
Kazi Farms Limited is one of the leading agro-based industrial groups in Bangladesh. They are primarily recognized for their poultry business, which began in 2004 with the export of one-day-old chicks and hatching eggs. Additionally, Kazi Farms Limited is the parent company of Kazi Foods, Kazi Media (Deepto TV), and Sysnova Information Systems Ltd. The organization employs around 13000 people nationwide & the Head Office, HRM department is accountable for managing this vast workforce.
The performance and effectiveness of the organization depend on the precise and strategic HR functions, which represent how the human resources are being operated. Kazi Farms Limited has five sub-departments under its HRM department to support its employees. Each of the sub-departments has its specified and interconnected functionalities, which directly contribute to the organizational performance through synergy.
The report consists of three chapters focusing on the internship experience & responsibilities in Kazi Farms Limited. Lastly, emphasizes the main project part containing a detailed representation of Kazi Farms' integrated HR function’s contributing to the organizational performance.
