Measuring performance of Pubali Bank Limited by camels rating system

Abstract

This report is written as a part of the requirements for the Master of business administration degree at Brac university.This report explains the details of Pubali bank’s management, marketing strategies and also financial aspects, which will help readers to understand Pubali bank well.Camels rating has been done for the last five years in order to find the financial performance of Pubali bank in the banking sector.Financial data for this write up were taken from financial statements, which are pretty much available in the website. Moreover, information were also collected from the officers of bank and those information have been written in the report. Camels rating system has been done for the five years of the bank from the year 2020-2024 and rating have been given from 1 to 5 to each year. This report is concluded by showing how well Pubali bank performed over the last five years as a private commercial bank and recommendations have also been given for the bank to improve its situation.
