Impact of employee motivation: reference to liability operations department of Meghna Bank Limited

Abstract

Like other economic sectors in Bangladesh, banking plays a major role in the nation's economy. Bangladesh's most well-known private commercial bank is Meghna Bank Limited. They launched their company in 2013, and in the short time since, they have exceptional service. Although they are relatively new to the banking industry, their system and service quality are getting better every day. I have attempted to discuss how Meghna Bank Ltd.'s working environment allows employees to maintain their motivation for work. I have also included the knowledge I gained from my internship program and the strategies I used to deal with their work environment. To the best of my knowledge, I have also included some updated plans for Meghna Bank Ltd. in my most recent report. I have attempted to provide a comprehensive overview of Meghna Bank Ltd.'s liability management operating environment by covering all of my experiences.
