Report on MASCO group

Abstract

This report represents an overview of my internship experience at MASCO Group, one of Bangladesh’s renowned knit garments manufacturers and exporters. The internship experience was comprehensive about various operational areas of the organization. The report starts with an Industry Overview, outlining the company structure and contribution of it in the RMG sector and the national economy. It also highlights the company’s Organogram, showing the hierarchy that ensures efficiency and coordination of cross-departments. Through direct engagement for around three months, I obtained valuable insights into sourcing, production, planning, quality control, merchandizing, R&D, HR, and commercial. This experience has enormously developed my understanding of industrial operations and organizational structure.
