Abstract

United Commercial Bank Limited is a first generation bank which has been serving their customers with the best quality of services. UCBL has contributed in country’s economy and social welfare for the past years. This title of my report is “analysis on overall customer satisfaction level of united commercial bank”. This report is basically about finding out the reasons and factors behind the satisfaction level of the customers of UCBL. It will explain whether their customers are satisfied or not with them. When I started working there, one thing I noticed very closely that UCB always tries heart and soul to keep their customers satisfied. For that, they try their level best to give the best service and product. To me, I think it is their main objective to keep their customers happy. To find out more, I did a survey on their customers and collected data. The report was made based on both primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected through observation and interviewing personnel and secondary data was collected from the website. At the end, this report contains some of my opinion and recommendations which might benefit the organization.
